We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

Room: Except for the carpet being a little dirty, the overall sanitary environment is quite clean, and the bedding and towels and bathrobes are also washed very clean. The auntie in the indoor hot spring pool also cleans it very carefully. The room has slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes for children, which is very considerate. Service: The service attitude of both the front desk and the health aunt is very good. When fireworks are set off at night, the hotel manager will let the guests enjoy the fireworks while constantly reminding them to pay attention to safety. When you meet the staff on the street, they will say hello warmly. There are also small gifts given away when leaving the store. Food: Breakfast is mainly Cantonese-style dim sum, which is quite rich. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, clean, and the price/performance ratio is reasonable without huge profits. Facilities: The public hot spring is very clean. After breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning, I took a walk to the hot spring area. The staff were cleaning the pool, and I found out that they changed the hot spring water every day, which was a plus. There are also many outdoor entertainment facilities on the lawn, and the hotel is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about your furry and naughty children running out of games. The room was the same as the introduction. At that time, I was looking at the window view. After I checked in, it was really the same. The room was very clean and large. I liked to sit on the balcony in a daze. It was also very pleasant to deal with the work during the period. Loved this trip. Upon arriving at this resort, we were greeted by their friendly staff who later took us on a tour of the resort. They have all sorts of animals, ostriches and camels to name a few, and all of the vegetables and fruits that they plant are used in the resorts cafeteria. Not to mention, they don’t put any sort of pesticide and you could go pick the fruits and vegetables yourself. We also went on the stream hiking activity, and what really moved me was that the staff carried a giant watermelon up the stream so then we would be able to share it at the destination, like hiking without anything is already hard enough, not to mention carrying a giant watermelon. Overall it was the staffs friendly attitudes that left me absolutely in love with this resort.
