He also said that you need to use two loaves to exchange for one cake. Then he said that the bread was also the worst and smallest of the two, and you couldn't choose the other slightly better ones. Then he said that it was originally a gift, what a mess of service, and it was still five stars. The service of the hotel is so troublesome for guests with such small things. Originally, a family of young and old came from Guangzhou to Qingyuan to help your hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. They were attracted by your so-called five-star brand. The environmental sanitation and service were quite satisfactory before. , I came here happily, especially Ms. Xie at the front desk of the hotel, the room cleaning lady and other services are very good. The service attitude is good, which makes people feel more happy about staying in the hotel. I also left a message of praise for the room. I hope the hotel will become better and better. The better, Qingyuan is getting better and better. I really didn't expect that the last afternoon tea service was so sorry to the guests. The waitress's behavior not only harmed the guests' consumption interests, but also damaged the original good image of your international hotel, and also damaged the entire Qingyuan tourism. Culture, hotel culture, cultural tourism image, the good impression I had on Qingyuan International Hotel, as soon as it passed through your hands and was given by you, has been wiped out by you and I don’t know where to go. It’s disgusting. At that time, I didn't argue with her so as not to disturb other family members and other guests. Otherwise, I would immediately complain to her on the spot. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

The main thing is that the service is very good! Although the hotel does not have much view, it is very new, with new facilities and good hardware. The TV can be projected, there is a laundry room and a gym, and breakfast is free. It doesn't matter whether the room is upgraded or not, but the service is very good. When I checked in, I was told that I had a pleasant stay. When I checked out, I also received a check-out gift. Everyone got one, and they were very happy. There are many types of breakfast, more than many international restaurants of the same level, but the taste can be improved a bit Although there were only two bottles of water in the guest room, I called to ask for 4 bottles and 4 more bottles were given as a gift. You don’t have to worry about not having enough to drink. The environment is also very good. 5-star recommendation! There is really nothing wrong with traveling by car with friends, because the main focus is on having fun. If you want to go on vacation at the Sheraton or New World Resort, that is another matter. But if you are traveling by car, go to Shangyue Village, Taohua Lake, Ying Xifenglin Tea Garden is an excellent choice, and even Xiakuo 1st Street, Qifengli, and Xianfeng Middle Road City Walk are good choices.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

The appearance of the hotel was pretty good when I drove by. Ctrip checked the price and checked in. The Check-in speed was also very fast, so we upgraded the floor. The design style of the room is not worse than that of the brand. I know the bed very well and I can sleep very comfortably. The buffet in the morning is also more diverse, and the aunts in the rooms are also very good 👍, you must stay in next time

Our stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing. I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean. What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony. Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

The environment of the hotel is very good, the breakfast and dinner are also very good, the hot spring water is clean, there are many pools, it is very value for money! 👍 Here is a suggestion: It is recommended to replace the free cold drinks in the hot spring pool with other hot tea drinks. The child drank to his heart's content inside, and when he got home, his stomach was full of alcohol and he suffered from abdominal pain all the time. I checked online and found that it is not suitable to drink cold drinks while taking a bath. While providing a variety of convenient facilities, hotels must put the health of tourists first.

這家酒店在高速出口，一下高速就是，看着吧是挺好的，酒店大堂也還行，但是吧房間真的是一般，所有的點卡在我忍耐的極限，這酒店才裝修好的，窗簾還是智能的，但是吧，房間有甲醛的感覺，進去一下眼睛澀，嗓子不舒服，我把窗户那個方窗窗拉開了，有風進來，這個房間是10層最邊一間，衞生做的一般，不是我印象中很乾凈的全季，酒店旁邊是廠房，後面是住宅樓，感覺沒有交工，拿綠色的編織布擋着説是靠裡麪安靜，比靠路邊強，但是，工地有推土機工作的聲音，都晚上11點半了還在作業，關窗吧，甲醛薰得人睜不開眼，開窗吧，很吵，哎！我拿積分換了早餐，但是沒有去吃，所以不做評價，開房間時，工作人員問我是最後一間介意不，知道最後一間不好，那為什麼不拿最後一間作為布草間呢，哎！酒店洗澡水壓很足，這是唯一的優點吧！以後不會把全季作為第一考慮的酒店了，真心有點失望😞

We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.
