Before I went there, I had great expectations for the homestay. After arriving, the environment and overall design are still very special, but the service is really average, and the front desk is not very enthusiastic. This kind of high-end homestay should have one-on-one butler service. The front desk said a few words in a perfunctory manner, and left to figure out the rest on their own. In the afternoon, I asked her to take some group photos for us, and just ignored it. Another thing is to complain about the price of the restaurant. A hibiscus egg costs more than 100, and a Kung Pao chicken costs more than 300. It’s not that they can’t afford it, but it’s really too expensive. The welcome fruit given cannot be delivered to the room either. We have to go to the restaurant to eat by ourselves, or take it into the room by ourselves. These are not the services that a high-quality homestay should have. Either the price is high or it is five-star. Overall, the environment and facilities are very good, but the service needs to be improved.
