Stayed for 2 nights in a twin bed and 1 night in a queen bed.
The twin room has a bed of 1.5 inches, which is enough for a family of three with children. The room is very spacious, with tatami mats by the window, a desk, and a floor-to-ceiling clothes drying rack. The tabletop in the drying area at the door is also very large.
Great, great praise. The window is next to the roadside, but it's quiet at night. On the first night, there were children next door who would hear the noise sooner or later. The next day, after they left, it was quiet. It was quieter than my neighborhood. I had the best sleep ever.
The overall hygiene is good. I have no discomfort at all when I have rhinitis, and the bedding is very dry and comfortable. There was still a little bit of trash on the carpet, but the overall experience was so good that I could ignore it.
Points to complain about: half of the rain area did not have a closed door, and it really spilled out. Remember to dry it after washing to avoid slipping.
The space was indeed much smaller when I moved to the big bed at the back, but it was enough for one person. The clothes hangers were attached to the wall and were difficult to dry. However, the hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, which perfectly solves the laundry problem, and no one used it when I stayed. I suspect that the desk in the double bed room is placed backwards, as my legs keep hitting the crossbar below. Moreover, the window is facing the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so the bed cannot be opened at all. After all, it is a special room.
Parking is free and there is plenty of space.
【Travel Information】
It is more than 1 km away from the ancient city of Qingzhou. You can find parking spaces on the roadside there, and there is also an underground parking lot for 4 yuan/hour. It is not recommended to walk there, because the ancient city is quite big, and it is different in scale from the two small streets in Jiangnan Ancient Town! It really takes half a day to walk all over. If you buy a package ticket, it is recommended to look at the city gate first, and then go back to the folk museum and Taoist temple to see it directly before returning to the main road.
There are many places to collect stamps in the ancient city. Remember to bring a stamp collection book, but almost all require a minimum purchase of 10 yuan. Don’t buy everything you like in one store, buy scattered, you know what I mean...
[Important] Qingzhou Museum opens reservations at 0:00 three days in advance. Please do not make last-minute reservations on the WeChat official account!
