The check in was very lengthy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need inside. The quality of the shampoo..... are very nice. Unfortunately my mum got sick during our stay and we had to book an extra room and added a few nights and they were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

Nice, basic hotel in a great location. 3.0 star Western standard. Room was clean and spacious. Next door to a great shopping mall and walking distance to a beach and local attractions. Breakfast was fine for the price. Housekeeping is hit-and-miss starting in the afternoons. They forgot to restock our toothbrushes and water bottles more than once. We waited an hour for water one night and they completely skipped turndown service the next night. Probably a staffing issue. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory and we would choose to stay there again.

This room is not bad. The location is pretty good. The Tiger Rock is very close and very interesting. The front desk is friendly. We wanted a quiet room and we were given two rooms with no other people on the first floor. It was really quiet. (Also , don’t eat at the restaurant they contracted out on the first floor, the seafood is not fresh, you can go to Qingshan Hotel, we had two meals in a row)

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

During the peak summer season, there is a lot of traffic. The hotel staff are very considerate and considerate. They are very enthusiastic and make us feel very comfortable. In general, this apart hotel is good. The front desk ladies are nice and helpful. But the room service ladies are loud and forgetful. The beach is close, about 5 minutes walk. The water and beach itself are clean. Even though Chinese pigs are leaving trash, personnel cleans the beach daily. The biggest problem that we’ve encountered in the area is the lack of variety of places to eat. You won’t find any restaurants or diners offering foreign cuisine or at least Chinese cuisine without the seafood.

The hotel is very stylish, with convenient parking on the ground, spacious rooms, clean supplies, no peculiar smell, and adequate air conditioning. It is super close to the sea, the room has no sea view but the view is good. The hotel has its own swimming pool, restaurant, and children's activity center. There are small robots that can deliver goods to the room. Children like them very much. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is unwilling to send them. In addition, there is no floor drain in the toilet area, which is easy to accumulate water. After staying for two days before leaving, I found that the roof of the room was leaking, and the leather shoes in front of my door were soaked.
