時間飛逝，從2004年開始至今每年都會到北戴河住上幾天，之前來都是和父母住在康養酒店，直到2019年我也成為了一名父親，就不和父母一起住康養了。通過同事的介紹，我們住在了一家民宿，地理位置很不錯，在北戴河區劉莊村，整個村子全是民宿，在我們住的店裡出來就是夜市，很熱鬧，步行20多分鐘就可以到海邊，但是可能有利就有弊吧，因為這邊是鬧市，所以晚上可能會對睡眠不好的人們不是很友好，還有就是在這裏停車是一件很難的事情，因為民宿區是在步行街裏面，基本沒有停車位，所以可能更適合乘車遊玩的朋友們吧。
因為口罩的原因在家裡憋了3年，2023年全國放開，我們一大家子又來到了這個城市，這一年我們認識了喜築，一個如家一般的民宿，房子很漂亮，有院子可以停車，房間衞生乾淨整潔，還有免費的桌球和遊戲機可以玩。但這些都不是重點，重點是老闆，哈哈哈，老闆叫大帥，人超級好，特別正氣，並且不是那種裝出來的好，我能感覺到他是真的用心在做生意，把店裡的客人都當家人一樣對待。今年老闆又把店裡裝修升級了，而且他告訴我今年的床品和一次性用品都換成了某知名連鎖酒店同款。其實第一次給我深刻的印象是衞生間居然配備了一次性馬桶套，還有就是民宿房間沒有電水壺，老闆和我説他覺得電水壺怎麼消毒都不衞生，於是他把每個樓層都配備了一台即熱式的飲水機，裏面是純凈水！今年老闆又把毛巾和浴巾也換成了一次性的，從這些細節真的可以看出老闆的用心。真心推薦來北戴河遊玩的朋友們到喜築來住上幾天，民宿距離北戴河著名的鴿子窩公園和老虎石海上公園都是2公里左右，距離劉莊夜市1公里，不是自駕的朋友出門走幾步就有公交站，打車去周邊的景區基本也都是起步價，另外這邊還有電動車出租，兩個人可以騎一輛小電車吹海風，很愜意！
本來這條評價2023年就應該寫給喜築的，家裡又添新丁所以一直沒有時間寫，本人網購多年也未曾如此用心的寫過點評，給喜築打100分也不怕老闆驕傲！最後我代表全家向老闆説一聲“謝謝”，謝謝您對我們一家無微不至的照顧，來日方長，喜築明年再見！

本來覺得很便宜不會很好 結果特別好 非常乾淨 老闆還送了海苔 而且用了升房權益也給升房了 不過就是不大隔音

酒店在秦皇島的一個民俗村。房間挺乾淨的，廁所也很乾凈，竟然還有一次性馬桶墊，我真的哭死。酒店有電動車出租，也挺便宜的，還能免費充電，騎電動車大概10分鐘到海邊。最重要的是免費停車，院子挺寬敞的。有個停車的地兒真不錯。再加上這家酒店真的便宜，性價比很高。
