本來賓館服務枱愛答不理的女工作人員給的房卡是三層的，但是10號樓工作人員服務態度非常好，看有長者，給安排到二層，少爬一層樓梯，還主動幫忙拿行李。
雖然10號樓房屋硬件顯得老舊，但是房間打掃的乾淨整潔。
再去北戴河還選東經路賓館10號樓，雖然是外包樓，但是工作人員都比賓館前台那個女工作人員強。

整片區域唯一可以帶小狗一起入住的酒店，又便宜，設施有些老舊完全無需介意，去的時候應該瘦沒有人餐廳沒有開門，早餐都是送到門口的，非常貼心。

Красивая большая территория. Персонал говорит только на китайском. Попросила убрать номер - поменяли только полотенца и добавили чай. Чистоты не навели.
Завтрак в номер - это плошка салата, яйцо, сосиска и горячее молоко! Ужасно.

確實是個花園賓館，環境很好！設施很“賓館”，略顯陳舊。
可以攜帶寵物入住，但是需要繳納每天100元清潔費。五一期間入住的，説這是今年3月開始的新規定。
入住時，特意要求安靜房間。前台工作人員説房間均為坐東朝西。但是卻是坐西朝東的房間，臨近馬路（安四路）。窗子隔音幾乎可以忽略，機動車路過的聲音非常吵。
淋浴間的水壓特別細小。
