本來賓館服務枱愛答不理的女工作人員給的房卡是三層的，但是10號樓工作人員服務態度非常好，看有長者，給安排到二層，少爬一層樓梯，還主動幫忙拿行李。
雖然10號樓房屋硬件顯得老舊，但是房間打掃的乾淨整潔。
再去北戴河還選東經路賓館10號樓，雖然是外包樓，但是工作人員都比賓館前台那個女工作人員強。

整片區域唯一可以帶小狗一起入住的酒店，又便宜，設施有些老舊完全無需介意，去的時候應該瘦沒有人餐廳沒有開門，早餐都是送到門口的，非常貼心。

Beautiful large area. The staff only speaks Chinese. I asked to clean the room - they only changed the towels and added tea. They didn't clean it up.
Breakfast in your room is a bowl of salad, an egg, a sausage and hot milk! Terrible.

It is indeed a garden hotel with a great environment! The facilities are very "hotel" and slightly old.
Pets can be brought in, but a cleaning fee of 100 yuan per day is required. I checked in during the May Day holiday and was told that this was a new rule starting in March this year.
When I checked in, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk staff said that all rooms are east-facing and west-facing. But it was a west-facing and east-facing room, close to the road (Ansi Road). The window soundproofing is almost negligible, and the sound of passing motor vehicles is very noisy.
The water pressure in the shower is very small.
