The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was lovely with a good mix of western and Asian food, the bed was Comfy.

I started staying here in 2016, and it's getting worse and worse. There's no plastic bag in the trash can. Now, the fried dough sticks, chicken sausages, and hash browns for breakfast are as hard as rocks. I can't get through to the front desk from the room phone... It should be downgraded, not as good as a three-star hotel.
