Booked two days from Ctrip.com. When we checked in at less than five in the afternoon, the elevator was under maintenance. We climbed the stairs to the fourth floor. We thought the environment was OK, the sanitary conditions were OK, and the facilities were relatively new, so we didn't mind staying there. Then we went out with the children and went back at about 9:40 in the evening. Because we were tired after running outside all day, we were ready to wash and rest. As a result, the water flowing out of the faucet was red and yellow, mixed with mud. I called the front desk twice before a young man came and said he would deal with it immediately. I kept draining the water from the room, but the water quality didn't change. I called the front desk again and they replied that they would change our room to the front floor. After that, no one paid attention to us anymore. I felt that the service of this hotel was average, the breakfast was average, and there were not many varieties. In short, I felt that it was not worth the high price. The first picture attached is the water quality at the beginning, and the next one is half an hour after draining the water.

There is everything downstairs and it is not far to go anywhere. Service: Miss Liu Wanhui at the check-in front desk is very enthusiastic and always smiling. She helps us solve problems. It is very good. Room facilities: There is no smart home in the room, which may be the only bug. Wifi: Turn on the wifi and enter the name to automatically connect. Bed: The bed is very comfortable and the room is not humid. Miss Liu Wanhui at the front desk is very good. The service is warm and thoughtful! I will choose to stay in this hotel next time🏨

This hotel is very close to a beautiful beach which is a plus, however this hotel seems to be just for chineses guest, the staff didn't speak English and though they tried to do their best this was dissapointing about a Hilton hotel, is the first time when something so basic such as asking for the menu in the restaurant or basic questions such as the ckeck in or check out time, if they could provide me more complementary water, etc, could not do it because I could not communicate with them properly.

I usually don't like to make comments, but I must write two words this time. I often go to Qinhuangdao for fun. Now everyone calls Qinhuangdao the back garden of Beijing. This is my first time staying at Atour. To be honest, it's great, clean, and hygienic. The hotel is very thoughtful about some small details and responds to every request. The lighting in the room is suitable. Myopic people can find things after taking off their glasses. I don't know why the lighting in some hotel rooms is too dim, which is really troublesome for myopic people. The lighting in Atour is suitable, not too dim or too bright.

Huazhu will always make people feel at ease. I stayed at the All Seasons before, and this time I wanted to try Mercure, and it didn't disappoint. Overall, the environment is very good, the service staff has a good attitude, and a high sense of service. When I brought my baby to check in, I was given a beach bucket toy and hawthorn lollipop. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I made a rabbit lantern with my baby, and gave moon cakes and welcome fruit plates. It was very loving! The package I bought from Ctrip came with a dinner, which was delivered to the room after it was prepared. In addition, I have to praise the front desk staff. I bought cucumbers and carrots to go to the zoo, and they helped cut them into strips. When I checked out, they also gave me souvenirs. In short, they were full of thoughts and the experience was very good. The only drawback is that the tenants next door are not very particular, open the door to smoke, and always make a fuss very early and late with a baby, but it does not affect the mood of traveling overall.

The Shangri-La hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a prime spot next to the beach. There is a great buzz and range of facilities at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, there were a few frustrating things. I arrived after the check-in time but my room was not yet ready. To compensate for this, I was taken to the executive lounge and my request for a late check out was accepted. At breakfast the next morning, many of the coffee machines had run out of milk and it took a little while for the milk to be topped up.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to Jinmeng Bay Beach. I have never paid attention to this beach before. It has golden fine sand and is well protected with almost no stones. There are not so many tourists and it is very new. The hotel is next to Shangri-La Hotel and very close. The 25-square-meter room I booked was upgraded to a 50-square-meter room during the National Day holiday, which exceeded my expectations. The room is very large, well decorated, and clean. The indoor dining table is very practical. I recommend staying in a twin room, which feels simpler and more reasonable than a large bed. In short, it is very spacious. The front desk service and room service are very thoughtful and responsive. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Although it comes with two breakfasts, the front desk girl gave children breakfast coupons, which is very considerate. Although this trip to Qinhuangdao was only four days, I went sea fishing twice, once for octopus and once for small herring. Each time I got a lot of harvest and it was interesting.

When I checked in, there was peeling in the corners of the room and stains on the walls. The room was very humid, and the clothes were hung for two days without drying after washing. The service was poor. When the sheets were stained, the waiter refused to change them, saying that the customer could only use one sheet before checking out. The air conditioner was set by the hotel to a normal temperature of 25 degrees, and the indoor air conditioning control was adjusted to 20 degrees. However, the indoor temperature display remained at 25 degrees, so I had to turn up the wind. The quilt was too thick, a thick quilt in winter. Because the temperature of the indoor air conditioner was set too high, it was too hot when covered with the quilt, and too cold when not covered by the wind. It was difficult to sleep well. Every morning, the marble floor in the lobby is sprinkled with water and mopped. As a result, the floor is too slippery for a while and it is easy to slip accidentally. I hope the store can take care and improve the above services.

The layout of the homestay is great, suitable for two people to live in a small apartment, although the sparrow is small and complete. Living is very comfortable and feels like home. Opposite is Maoye Plaza, next to the snack street, buy some supper in the evening and enjoy it on the balcony!
