賓館非常的乾淨。位置好，去哪都方便，設施設備齊全，周圍吃的東西多，價格實惠，熱水也有，熱水可以自由調節自己喜歡的温度，先將混水閥把手調到熱水的那個方向，衞生間有冷熱提示牌，打開混水閥開關，先放差不多兩分鐘就會有熱水了，很簡單方便。實在不知道怎麼調熱水，也可以打電話給前台，他們會幫你調好水温，這家店服務態度很好的。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，晚上睡覺也安靜，房間通風采光都很好，強烈推薦給大家！賓館是可以免費停車的，有專門的停車場！也有洗衣機洗衣服！性價比高！

客房很衞生乾淨，房間物品擺放的很整潔，洗澡熱水要先放兩分鐘冷水，才出熱水，水温很贊。該有的用品設施很齊備，位置也很好，附近有個大的年年豐沃爾瑪商場，交通也很方便，門口停車很方便，周圍吃的也很多，距離也很近，晚上睡覺也很安逸，洗澡熱水很舒服，水壓也大，蠻適合洗澡的，住宿體驗蠻不錯的，衹要有機會來欽州還會繼續選擇這家賓館，非常好，離三娘灣，劉永福故居也很近，想去那裡玩的話這個賓館位置很方便，覺得性價比很高，值得推薦給大家！
