六、七年前來博鰲是曾住過，當時感受很好，所以當這次再來博鰲，即使在看到很多差評的情況下依然選擇了你們家。但從辦理入住就開始各種不愉快，首先大堂悶熱，電梯更是密不透風，感覺隨時都能窒息。並且在2024年的今天仍然要收住房按金，我就隨口説了一句現在要按金的酒店不多了，前台直接回懟“我們家一直都有按金”。
屋內設施陳舊，牆紙起皮，但這些在空調運行一會兒就停機面前都不值得一提，這可是黃色預警高温下的博鰲啊，室內28度什麼概念。
最後是關於退房，號稱是可以延遲到2點退房，但是當我1點回到酒店的時候門卡卻被鎖了，衹能又一次返回前台重新激活。
其實現在很多酒店已經是2點退房了，但是你們家卻把2點退房作為一項附加服務。總體感覺這麼多年不但沒有進步，反而逐步被現代人性的其他酒店所淘汰，這是你們的損失。
