非常好的地段和環境，設施樸素典雅大方高貴，但部分服務人員的微笑、表情和言語表達亟須提高。海南是全國人民的海南，博鰲是全國人民的博鰲，自然和人文我們共同珍惜並守護！

設施：瓊海當之無愧最好的酒店了 硬件一流 坐落山林裏 鳥語蛙鳴 升級到五號樓 設施設備都很好 雙洗手枱 乾濕分離 浴缸 衹是洗澡間沒有做窪地處理 會溢水
衞生：很乾凈 一塵不染 泳池由於颳風有落葉 一直有人在清理
環境：非常好 入住都是直接通電的 為了保證涼爽無蚊蟲 也是自然環境太好了 所以被子上 屋子裡容易有小生物
服務：五星級服務了 接待重要領導和會議的酒店服務人員都非常專業
早餐種類豐富 但味道一般 大部分為預製品加工
這個價格下次還會選擇

三月三小長假從南寧主會場自駕到海南分會場😀（聽説海南黎族也過三月三），過渡輪時差不多都是桂ABC的牌車。海鮮粉吃了、文昌雞吃了、椰子汁喝了、環海公路走了，藍藍的天空、清澈的海水🌊，一路好心情。
晚上入住，當然首選地處風水寶地的博鰲國賓館，賓館建在博鰲龍潭嶺主峯山麓上，博鰲亞洲論壇永久會址旁邊，是中央領導接待各國政要，兼顧日常高規格接待的賓館。
我們一到賓館就受到了工作人員的熱情服務，非常感謝經理給我們家升級了平時賣三千多塊的套房，還多贈送兩份早餐，受寵若驚的喜悦來得太突然了😁，房間內部的裝飾及配套設施不用多説，非常的齊全、高雅，150平米的套房兩廳兩室兩個半衞生間像在家裡一樣舒適，住得太好了！睡前服務員還送來了銀耳羹和水果，太貼心了！晚上週圍環境非常安靜、室內的空調温度剛剛好，一夜好睡眠。早上，在小鳥的吱吱和知了的喳喳聲中懶懶的醒來，在餐廳各式各樣的美食中來一碗海南湯粉、清補涼等，又是元氣滿滿、神清氣爽的一天！
我想説，來海南旅遊，入住首選博鰲國賓館！期待下次再會！

春節期間在海南住得最滿意的酒店，果然還是國字號靠譜。
環境非常好，春節期間服務也還算跟得上，完全不存在被延遲入住的情況（吐槽一下亞龍灣華宇、三亞南山迎賓館和開元棋子灣，都是等到三四點才有房間），還給我升級了房型，之前不知道點名對他們好，沒留意給我辦入住的男員工的姓名，不然實名感謝一下。入住後樓管伍美玉和黃雲還贈送了椰樹椰汁，謝謝。
建議入住一定要選泰和樓，房間很大，兩個洗漱台，前台、餐廳也在這棟樓，比6號樓方便。
酒店對面就是博鰲亞洲論壇會址景點的售票大廳，去景點的話可以叫酒店擺渡車送到酒店大門口，過個馬路很方便。
下次去海南還會選擇這裏，感覺博鰲是個寶藏地方！

酒店周邊環境幽靜，綠化好，但是房間有一定的年份了，空調聲音大，樓層低陰雨天會很潮濕，也可能是綠化太好的原因
