完美的入住體驗。酒店管理非常人性化，免費幫我們升級房間。我們不慎遺失了一張房卡，本應付款30元工本費，也給我們免了。早餐品種很豐富。此外還有意外驚喜，就是給房間贈送果盤，愛了愛了！

位置在海邊不遠處，服務挺好的，主要是價格真香。樓下配套比較少，不要再酒店內超市買東西，很貴，早餐還可以。

房間衞生和設施還行，外部環境一般。衞生可以，乾淨。但是陽台很多蟲子，總體來説，這個時間和價位，可以。

酒店環境不錯，離海也近，早餐種類也比較豐富。開車過來停車也比較方便。游泳池比較大，可惜趕上下雨。房間比較大，還有沙發、茶几。就是想去打乒乓時，服務員説屋裡有漏水，沒打成。

地理位置偏遠，離博鰲和小鎮都有10幾公里，沒開車出去吃飯不方便，酒店餐廳管理接待能力差，我們沒有吃飯，準備在酒店的餐廳吃飯，被告知團隊包餐接待不了散客。房間的熱水是熱水器供應的，一個人快速沖一下，另外一個人都需要等半小時之後才會再有熱水。旁邊緊挨着爛尾樓

首先，客觀地説一下酒店性價比可以的，我們住在12樓，整個透光度都很好，有大陽台大露台，空氣很清新，房間樓層高的可以看到前面的人造島，海景是非常不錯的。前台服務很好，退房還給我們延遲到了2點。我們是開車前往，酒店有免費地下停車場，方便出行。辦入住當天遇到了團隊一起了，入住有點推遲，但是工作人員安排很到位
