管家服務非常好，基本都是秒回覆，房間也很舒服，意外驚喜是還多一間雙人高低床，去博鰲可以放心入住的酒店。

房間服務不錯，酒店拉了微信羣從入住前就一直提供指引。但酒店所在的博鰲金灣樓盤物業和保安規矩和態度傲慢惡劣，同行長者很多，希望能把中巴停到A棟樓下，方便上下車，可無論如何解釋溝通，都不予理睬，酒店對此無能為力。
