It was great we were treated with kindness and the room service was awesome i was in a room with a connecter between our kids and my kid used to take creamers in my room and the day the room service cleaned it they added extra creamers for him which also means that they care on whenever and they pay attention to details i am proud the food was okay dessert wasnt the best everything else was awesome the co-workers/staff were all kind they talk to you and the animation team was the best of all all thanks and credit to TIGER!!. To hit a 5/5 for me i think you should add a little more Night activites And pay attention to desserts

Visiting this hotel for the second time after a while was a mind blowing experience! It became way better than before. The food was really great, clean pool water, a good location on the beach. GREAT DJ AT NIGHT! And a great thanks to Tiger, one of the animation team members. He was the one keeping us entertained each day. He also have great dance moves. Thanks to everyone who made our stay very lovely

everything is great, the animators are very nice and try to make people happy, the rooms are beautiful and the sea is clean and blue, and the workers are all very nice, even say Hi in Czech, and the animator Tiger is the best for me out of all, the dear ones

I love the place so much and the animation team and the favorite eesoo she is kind . The food is soo good and the rooms are so clean and they check if you need any thing. And the party at night is soon much fun and they sometimes make comptions . It is good for families and, friends.

I love the experience of this hotel and and the animation team so much specially eesoo♡she was my favorite person in the animation team she is kind and sweet and the hotel design is so beautiful the restaurant has many delicious food and desserts and I love the paintings that are in the room they are nice paintings I enjoyed being here.

My family and I had a blast at Carols Hotel! The staff, especially the animation team led by the spirited Mr. Tiger Shark, ensured endless fun. Every aspect was top-notch, making our stay memorable. While the food could see some improvement, it didn’t detract from the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend for families.

Very bad quality of food .. cheap materials and no variety at all … they spoiled our trip !! the hotel is away of the downtown and no nearby food places . The room is clean and the view is good and cozy . The mattress not comfy . I’m not advising anyone to go there .

Everything is ok! Clean and spacious room, very good service, kindly personal, nice hotel and beautiful azure beach 🏖️. Animation team been perfect (Tommy, Tiger, Moo). We want to come back again. See you soon Kristýna, Linda and Renata.

VALUTAZIONE PER EDEN VIAGGIO Il pacchetto viene presentato dalla compagnia EDEN VIAGGIO come distanza dal aeroporto 18 km. Invece i miei genitori di 80 anni hanno fatto 4 ore di viaggio con pulmino dal aeroporto di Alessandria ,c'era scritto il nome del aeroporto di Alessandria e noi ovviamente non avevamo capito che dovevamo fare altri 4 ore di trasporto per il Villaggio, il resto io credo che passeranno 2 settimane belle grazie ai egiziani brave persone

Horrible, not a five stars. Rooms are very old with broken furnitures, water leaking from refrigerator, A/C ant TV not working and wires come out of the wall. Staff are nasty I never met a rude staff like that. They dirt our clothes when they try to fix the room

The greatest hotel in the best city matrouh I stayed here in June 2022 with my family. white and clean sand beach and turquoise sea . the receptionist helped me to have connected room easily and make early check in without charge ( unfortunately forget her name ) and the man who cleaned and tidied the rooms was creative (Mohamed) It is unique hotel in egypt look like Hawaii atmosphere

Gone there 4 the 2nd time Location is perfect C isn't as clear as 1st time, lots of c weeds at this time of year but it's being removed. Resort got renovated, rooms are spacious and decorated as per Matruh👍 Pool fantastic Jacuzzi expensive Animation team trying their best. Staff is gr8 and so helpful. At check-in u can't get a 2nd room key?!! And u sign to return their bracelets on checkout 😳 Food has good varieties but not that good quality (some got gastric upsets) then hotel Dr is of extra charge!!! Hope those negative issues will be solved when we go again isa⚘

I had the pleasure of staying at the stunning CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH for the second time .and indeed I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel’s beautiful location and surroundings and luxurious amenities really made me feel I was in tropical getaway. Even though I was in MATROH! The attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort was evident in every aspect of my stay at CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH . I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality I am receiving during my time at CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH , Really I will never stop experience it all over again and again! Actually It is a 10/10 experience that should not be missed if you decide to spend your vacation at MATROH.
