One of the best servises. We had a really great server named MOHAMED MOSSAD. He was so polite, caring. I gotta say we never met a better guy. He held our table, got our drinks ready before we even thought about them 😁. We wanted to take a photo with him at the end of our vacation but unfortunatly he left today 🙁. We hope he comes back tomorrow. It was a nice expierence with him. At the end we really like this hotel. Clean rooms, bathoorm. Beautifull sea, excelent shefs in the restaurant. A lot of drinks at the bar we could try. One of the best vacations we ever had.

We stayed at the hotel jaz almazino, which is part of the jazz complex. the beach is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel through a nice walk around the complex. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear sea and sandy beach. The felouka bar on the beach is the specialty of the whole beach, the environment is beautiful, the staff is professional, friendly and simply great. They will fulfill everything in their power. The team of Eslam, Mahmoud and Mohamed are real pros in their place.

Vacanza con 2 bambini 🔝 …… Tutto perfetto, staff organizzazione ……impeccabile, camere pulite, cibo ottimo. …Coccolati per tutta la nostra permanenza. Servizio cocktail direttamente in spiaggia. Ahmed e Nashaat “very good” li troverete sempre in spiaggia sorridenti a coccolarvi.

Molto buon Jaz oriental staff super anche in spiaggia e al ristorante in particolare Ahmed, M/Ahmed che è il super capo , tutti molto disponibili , sicuramente il personale è insieme al mare e alla spiaggia il punto di forza della struttura ..

Ho passato una settimana stupenda al Jaz Oriental. Resort impeccabile e super pulito. L animazione la migliore che io possa aver mai visto, Matteo capo animazione super disponibile e professionale, mi raccomando non fatelo cantare 😂😂😂 Carola super simpatica e dolce come lo zucchero . Giulia la mia cucciola che è super tenera. Giorgia una maestra di danza simpaticissima ( stai attenta ai vasi in spiaggia) Chiara super carina e disponibile,mi raccomando non fatela correre se no muore( ha l asma)bar Feluca top con una professionalità disumana. Appena avrò la possibilità ci ritornerò sicuro. Sono stato troppo bene

It was truly an excellent and very good experience, as it started with the reception department, which was very welcoming and professional, and the room services were very good, and the views were more wonderful, and all available services were available, and we enjoyed a lot of the cleanliness, which was more than wonderful.

Jaz oriental is beautiful,amazing. The hotel services are at a high level, including the staff, clean rooms. On the beach we are served by a very helpful man Ahmed Essam Nishad Fawzi he took care of us on the beach every day. We will definitely come back here.
