服務：早上去酒店前打了電話問過了有沒有房，他説有我才去的，去了被告知在搞衞生，我不想睡了我要換酒店，結果他不想讓我換，主動説升房，我都沒要求他給我升房，我要他還我身份證，然後他要留着我説升房，後面來一句下不為例，又不是我要升的我要直接走的，自己不還我身份證還説我下不為例搞笑死了，住了好幾次這次態度我真的無語
