十點入住發現既然沒有瓶裝水，打電話給酒店前台説讓保安找水，一直拖着説沒水了，一個酒店後勤保障不足，推卸責任，而且還掛客户電話，加之衞生條件不好，細節有待提高啊

網上定的一米八大床房，到店一看一米五，要求換房竟然給我換個雙人房，****了吧 我帶姑娘你給我換個雙床房。空調也是形同虛設，醉了醉了！
