It’s as good as ever and hasn’t changed much from three years ago. Portugal’s service in Europe is good. The scenery and weather are good. But this time, the sound insulation of the building next to it is not bad, but if there is a large-scale construction next to it, it’s best to notify in advance. we avoid

We have been visiting this hotel as a family since 2012, over the years we have had really good experience. Great facilities and great staff. But in recent years it has become a money making operation. Last week, I contacted this hotel to book our annual two weeks family holiday (2 Adults and 1 child) in June/July only to be faced with a ridiculous quote from the reservations team. I asked if there was any discount available for loyal guests that have been returning annually for the past 12 years. I got what I can only describe as a snotty email that basically told me to take it or leave it. We have since booked another 5 star hotel in the area for considerably less money. We wont be returning to the Crown Plaza, ever! So disappointing.

Got to the hotel with four other friends and they have out one on a different floor with no sea view although they have paid for it. Manager not interested in helping and are blaming BA. then taken double the amount for towels than they should have and opened up an account for 60 euro when we asked them not to. Since last year it’s gone down hill with customer service .

Stayed here before really gone down hill staff are uncaring we paid for extra side sea view and could only see the top of the entrance was not allowed to speak to the manager that was blocked. In our view don’t stay here we will not be coming back!

El fin de semana no estaba yendo mal, pero todo se torció el último día. Después de hacer el check-out, como nuestro vuelo no salía hasta por la noche, fuimos a la playa para aprovechar el día. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que no había problema en que usáramos las duchas del spa antes de ir al aeropuerto. El problema fue que al llegar al spa nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 5eur por persona. La sorpresa fue mayúscula. Intentamos explicar al personal que llevábamos todo el fin de semana alojadas en el hotel y que sólo necesitábamos ducharnos, pero no hubo forma de hacerles entrar en razón. Las duchas del spa no tenían ni champú ni crema hidratante, así que pagamos 5eur por lavarnos el pelo con gel. Peor que en un albergue. No sé cuánto recaudan con esta tarifa, pero sinceramente no creo que les compense. La sensación que queda en el cliente no puede ser más negativa. Increíblemente cutre, además, para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

From check in to check out, our entire stay was absolutely wonderful and we can't wait to return. The hotel is so beautiful, best breakfast I've ever seen and the staff are the most welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable about the local area and best eateries. The spa is glorious and such a relaxing space. The views from our room were gorgeous and the balcony was a dream.

De ligging van het Hotel aan het strand is geweldig!! De gastvrijheid en de professionele inzet van het personeel is gewoond goed.De keuken werkt met zeer goede ingrediënten en kookt met ambitie! Still trying to receive my deposit almost 2 weeks after checking out. 3 calls, 3 emails, and 1 hour to my bank. Hotel tells me to check bank even though they did not even send it. Should return guests deposits on checkout instead of having to ask for it. Very frustrating, extremely poor hotel management, misinformation, and totally unprofessional. Be warned and stay elsewhere.
