Great spot in the city, although, the attendants are rude, the lift/elevator is tiny (2 persons only, be ready to get in line); The bed is terrible, so noisy! I won’t come back again!

Breakfast with good variety.

First time staying at Hotel Atismar have to say it was a lovely experience that from the start the greeting at reception was so friendly.also the staff in the restaurant and bar was outstanding the food was first class .easy access to the beach and promardard can't wait to return in the future. keep up the good work 👍

Somos clientes habituais deste hotel, nas férias da Páscoa, reservamos sempre com TI. Tem uma excelente localização, funcionários muito simpáticos, desde a recepção, empregados de mesa e bar e limpeza. O pequeno almoço e as refeições são muito bons, o quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa para o mar.

The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionist Marina was very helpful and friendly. Bartender Ivan (the terrible) was very friendly and made the experience fun and was creative with the cocktails . There could be more range of food. Would definitely recommend staying here. The second manager, Helder, was friendly and helpful.

Location of the Hotel is ca. 50- 60 m. from the beach. Near the hotel are many restaurants with delicious sea and normal food.
The staff in the hotel are very helpful and communicative, a breakfast was average with many choices and every day was a little bit different.
A cleanliness in the room could be better ,I didn’t look meticulously but anyway we found some small hairs and duvet cover had some stains. Some objects in the room could be renewed because they are showing signs of wear

Cuando llegué a desayunar con mi hija y mi mujer no había nadie atendiendo el acceso a la sala de desayuno y pensé que no controlarian en las mesas, y entre a la sala habiendo sitio de sobra y después de un rato aparece la jefa de sala y en medio de la misma le llama la atención a mi hija de manera poco discreta y ya me acerco yo y le digo el número de mi habitación. Y me llamó allí mismo la atención diciéndome que no la había esperado a ella y que para las próximas veces la esperara como si me hubiese colado o algo. Una persona poco profesional que intenta culpar al cliente de su ausencia en el puesto de trabajo. Por lo demás bien, y el resto del personal también bien. Pero no creo que vuelva a ir.

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at Atismar. We had a great welcome from the reception team, friendly & funny. All staff were welcoming. Clean hotel, great value. This was a really fun hotel we made great friends with other guests too. The pool is lovely but freezing cold, good to cool down when it’s hot. We stayed bed & breakfast there was always something we liked, lovely fresh rolls and platters of fresh fruit every morning. We will definitely stay again.
