I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning.
The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault.
I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away.
A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Thank you

L hôtel était vraiment très bien dans l ensemble. Notre chambre était très propre, dommage que nous ne puissions pas laisse la clim durant notre absence car je n aime pas la mettre quand les enfants sont présents… Il faisait vraiment très chaud. Nous avons eu du mal a avoir de l eau chaude , faire attention avec les enfants car beaucoup d écart de température pendant la douche . Sinon la chambre était propre et confortable. Les petits déjeuners étaient agréables. Les repas étaient moyens , et assez cher pour la qualité des produits. Le jeux extérieur enfants en réparation donc inaccessible…. Le personnel du bar parfois peu agréable, et les cocktails moyen. Par contre les personnels menage, réception, et restauration très sympathique ! Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure et les massages .

A Estadia e estrutura do hotel são excelentes para quem tem crianças e bebês. Piscina aquecida muito boa e os brinquedos para os miúdos também. Staff 5*. Pontos Negativos: Pequeno almoço é bem bom e tem bastante opção, o Jantar foi muito fraco. As opções eram bem reduzidas, a pasta não estava bem cozida e a comida estava fria. Ao meu ver, faltou o capricho do café da manha no jantar. 25 euros por pessoa para o que havia no jantar, não faz nem sentido. Pagaria com gosto se tivessem opções e a comida fosse boa e quente. Outro ponto negativo: Não existe almoço. (No entanto, depois da experiência do jantar, se calhar é melhor não ter mesmo) Muito negatido: Frigobar muito fraco, temperatura horrível. Tive que levar comida para minha filha que é diabética, insulinas e glucagon. A comida estragou e vou comprar insulinas e glucagon novamente pq o frigobar se calhar estava mais quente do que o proprio quarto. Conclusão: Voltaria na mesma e irei voltar, hotel maravilhoso e bem confortável. So gostaria que fosse melhorado a parte de alimentação e colocassem um frigobar decente.

Com crianças o melhor, o serviço é muito bom, tem atividades para as crianças, como a piscina interior e o playground para as crianças. O serviço de restauração com o buffet também é muito bom, com bastante variedade. A proximidade ao parque indoor é um ponto forte nesta altura do ano.
