Big problems as the hotel was closed despite having accepted the booking. Problem solved thanks to the intervention of the Trip.com agency customer support.

Ever seen a 4-star structure, usurped or obtained with pleasing support? despite the friendliness of the staff, one can see the unpreparedness to solve the problems, many of them, that the structure offers no blankets even though there was no heating and 10 degrees, no hot water for two days until, after discussions, a smaller apartment was obtained, definitely to be avoided for an overnight stay

Spacious room but with very dated furniture (like the rest of the hotel)... old mattress with springs and old-fashioned bedspread.
Wool blanket bagged but not sealed and certainly NOT laundry scented.... cold room!!
Breakfast quite varied in sweet but not so much in savory.
Ample parking, friendly staff.

The hotel is very convenient for business trips, large car park, excellent breakfast too.
The rooms are very clean but unfortunately very dated.
Honestly, I expected more from a junior suite.

Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through ******* asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that.

The property is in an ideal location for visiting the area. The staff was professional, helpful and kind. The half board, which we took advantage of, was of good quality, especially the open buffet breakfast, which was plentiful and varied.

In no case is this hotel a 4 star, a 2 in a pinch. Old hotel, old furniture, bathroom dating from the 70s. Our room overlooked a field with horses, so with the heat, you can imagine the smell, with that of the dogs barking regularly. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted otherwise it stops, breakfast, 3 pastries that fight, some fruit, cakes that we eat for snack but certainly not for breakfast, otherwise everything else It’s packaged stuff that you can buy in stores. 2 fruit juices to drink in disposable plastic glasses, and coffee, well the last 2 days I haven't seen the color of it. In short, not worthy of a 4 star. For transport, a bus stop near the hotel, but their passages are really random, car obligatory from arrival to departure. Free hotel parking, nice swimming pool. But if you really know what a 4 star is don't choose this hotel.

We are very disappointed by this hotel..the room is rubbish and old, bedding from another age with springs that feel good, slept very badly because in addition the air conditioning makes a hell of a noise.
Television of a tiny size and no French channel.
In addition, a jacuzzi was announced but no water in it...so no respect for the advertised services.
I'm going to file a claim for these 2 lousy nights
