Grossi problemi in quanto l'hotel risultava chiuso nonostante avesse accettato la prenotazione. Problema risolto grazie all'intervento dell'assistenza clienti dell'agenzia Trip.com.

mai vista una struttura 4 stelle, usurpate o ottenute con appoggi cmpiacenti? nonostante la simpatia del personale si coglie l'impreparazione a risolvere i problemi, molti, che la struttura offre niente coperte nonostamte non ci fose riscaldamnto e 10 gradi, niente acqua calda per due giorni fino ad aver ottenuto, dopo discussiosìni un appartamento più piccolo, sicuramente da evitare per pernottare

Camera spaziosa ma con arredamento molto datato (come il resto dell' hotel)... materasso vecchio con le molle e copriletto antiquato.
Coperta di lana imbustata ma non sigillata e sicuramente NON profumata di lavanderia.... stanza fredda!!
Colazione abbastanza varia nel dolce ma non altrettanto nel salato.
Ampio parcheggio, personale cordiale.

L' hotel è comodissimo per viaggi di lavoro , grande parcheggio , ottima anche la colazione .
Le camere sono molto pulite ma purtroppo molto datate.
Sinceramente da una junior suites mi aspettavo di più .
Staff da 10 e lode tutti gentilissimi, cordiali e col sorriso .

Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through ******* asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare la zona. Il personale è stato professionale, disponibile e gentile. La mezza pensione, di cui abbiamo usufruito, di buona qualità, specie la colazione a buffet libero, abbondante e variegata.

En aucun cas cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles, un 2 à la rigueur. Hôtel vieux, mobilier vieux, salle d'eau datant des années 70.Notre chambre donnait sur un terrain avec des chevaux, donc avec la chaleur, vous pouvez imaginer l'odeur, avec ça des chiens qui aboient régulièrement. La clim'ne peut pas être réglée sinon elle s'arrête, le petit dej', 3 viennoiseries qui se battent, quelques fruits, des gâteaux que l'on mange au goûter mais sûrement pas au p'tit dej, sinon tout le reste c'est des trucs emballés qu'on peut acheter en magasin. 2 jus de fruit à boire dans des verres en plastique jetable, et le café, bah les 2 derniers jours je n'en ai pas vu la couleur. Bref pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Pour les transports, un arrêt de bus près de l'hôtel, mais leurs passages est vraiment aléatoire,voiture obligatoire de l'arrivée au départ. Le parking de l'hôtel gratuit,piscine sympa. Mais si vous savez réellement ce qu'est un 4 étoiles ne choisissait pas cet hôtel.

Nous sommes très déçus par cet hôtel..la chambre nulle et vieille, literie dun autre âge avec des ressorts que l'on sent bien, tres mal dormie car en plus climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer.
Télévision dune taille minuscule et pas de chaîne française.
En plus était annoncé un jacuzzi mais pas d'eau dedans..donc pas de respect des prestations annoncees.
Je vais faire une réclamation pour ces 2 nuits pourries
