Magnifique séjour au Lux Belle Mare en famille !!! Le site, la plage et l'hôtel sont assez exceptionnels ... mais ce qui l'est encore plus est le niveau de service général dans un tel complexe... Indéniable savoir-faire et savoir être des Mauriciens et du staff en général ! Un grand Merci tout particulier à : Suren et sa super équipe de buttlers, Kherti et Rao... villa et service incroyable qui ont enchanté notre séjour Girish notre plagiste très attentionné Gopee parfait concierge pour nos excursions aux équipes restauration et Ravin au Mondo... expérience culinaire de haut vol, bravo au chef et à ses équipes Sheila la directrice qui a été très attentionnée pour un besoin spécifique pour un concours/examen de notre ado Et enfin à tous ceux et celles du quotidien qui ont illuminé notre séjour par leur sourire et service ! We had a nice stay and a very special mention to finish bheekun from the gym that was so kind and helpful. Entertaining and polite and not just to me but saw him that way with all the guests. The hotel was nice we had a good time. The room was comfortable

Simply Amazing - the food, the service, the ambience, everything was 10/10. Special mention to Kisan and Rikesh who attended us and made our last meal in Mauritius memorable. The peeking duck is a must!!

I’ve recently returned home from LUX BM. This resort has very serious hygiene issues with the food as well as a rodent infestation in and around the resort. Both myself and my wife contracted Salmonella from the food at the resort and we are both still receiving medical intervention two weeks later, with multiple tests at the hospital confirming Salmonella infection. The Management deny any issues with food poisoning, however we are in contact with several families who are in the same position. The resort also has an infestation of rats, that would be been scrambling around the bar area in the evening and also the Beach Rouge restaurant. We also had rat droppings in our room. For anyone reading this do yourself a favour, save the £££ and avoid Lux BM at all costs. In addition to the issues with food poisoning, the All Inclusive package was misrepresented to me as it isn’t fully inclusive. The al-la carte restaurants are chargeable and not part of the package. Finally, there appears to be common theme with Management only responding to positive reviews on TripAdvisor and ignore the negative reviews, which I do not understand.

Best family holiday we ever had. The hotel is great for young kids and simultaneously for adults as well, a rare combination!

Magnifique séjour au Lux Belle Mare, tout y est parfait. Magnifique chambre avec très grande salle de bain, buffet de grande qualité tant au petit déjeuner qu'au diner avec un bonus pour le buffet indien de grande qualité, plage de sable blanc et eau transparente, super piscine, activités arts pour les enfants très appréciés et mention spéciale à l'équipe du Boat House qui nous ont permis de découvrir le snorkling, le ski nautique et pour la sympathie et gentillesse de Berthie, Dylan et toute l'équipe du Boat House. Nous n'avons qu'un hâte y retourner..

Nous revenons d’un petit weekend au lux belle mare. L’hôtel est magnifiquement rénové. Le repas est très varié, tous les restaurants étaient divin. Rien à redire. Les prestations aux SPA est de niveau. La plage est au top. Le personnel très réactif, aimable et souriant. Un grand merci à RAVIN qui assure et est toujours aux petits soins, ce qui est très appréciable 👍 Beau séjour

The beach view from the villa was stunning. The interior of the villa was very beautiful and cozy. The butlers Sanju and Rao made the stay very comfortable and fulfilled every wish. Also the beach service was amazing also caused to the nice service of Girish. We can recommend all restaurants at the resort and would also like to thank the sommelier Amar for showing us fantastic wines. All in all the team did an amazing job and made the whole stay unforgettable. Congratutions to villas manager Suren!
