The overall cost performance is not high. The Chateau Hotel is indeed a must-see in Quebec City and is very close to nearby attractions, but it is really not a must-stay hotel. The room is not large, and the overall experience of staying here is that the heater fan installed on the windowsill is the most unbearable. For a room fee of several thousand dollars, the only "five-star luxury service" that can be felt is that the heater fan is as loud as a tractor. I wanted to ask for a room change, but the other room I booked was in the same situation, so I didn't bother.

The hotel service is first-rate. The front desk and other staff are friendly and courteous, and take the initiative to help guests. I checked out from another hotel at 12pm that day and when I arrived at the Castle Hotel, I was very lucky that the front desk staff immediately arranged to check into the room and upgraded me to a high-rise river view room for free. Hotel activities have different free activities for guests to participate in. The swimming pool and fitness room are worth a visit, and it's worth mentioning that you can bring a water bottle to fill it up. The interior of the castle can be visited at night to avoid the crowds. The accommodation experience was very good, it was a pity to only stay for one night!
