We upgraded the room,when we checked in, which has 2 queen sized beds with sofa bed and living room space. so beautiful and comfortable. Amazing view of quebec city. Excellent location and beautiful historic building with great services. Pricy but worthy. Will be back again.

Staff keep selling upgraded room for additional charges

The breakfast was not worth almost $40 person. The parking lot are very small and scary at night. I don’t really feel safe—there was nobody in the area at all. If park on the higher floor, there is no elevator from the 10th up. Better load the luggages before parking.

Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

The room is quite big. The hotel itself is a tourist attraction. There will be many guests in the lobby. The scenery is right outside. It is very beautiful. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, or a kettle. The room card is very unique and is made of wood. After discussing with the lady at the front desk, you can keep it as a souvenir. 😁

The environment is very good, parking is convenient, and you can play around for a long time. The hotel offers free yoga classes, free massages, and free boat rides from the ferry to the other side, all of which must be booked in advance.

I visited the hotel more than 20 years ago and liked this magnificent castle building. I must stay in it for one night when I revisit the old place. Although the room is not big, the comfort is acceptable. The guy at the front desk is good at selling. I paid 200 Canadian dollars more to stay in the club room. The lounge on the 14th floor is quite comfortable.
