Wir hatten ein Zimmer im histor.Gebäudeteil mit sichtbaren Deckenbalken. Sehr gemütlich, gut eingerichtet. Eine Minibar/Kühlschrank ist nicht vorhanden. Im Zimmer gab es kostenfrei Mineralwasser. Leistungsfähiges WLAN vorhanden! Zusätzlich zu Festnetztelefon und TV gibt es für die Gästeinformation noch ein Tablet im Zimmer. Ausreichend PKW-Stellplätze auf einem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz auf der anderen Strassenseite vorhanden. Das Hotel-Ensemble liegt am Mühlengraben nur wenige Fußminuten vom Schloss und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Hotel,in schöner Lage, toller Innenhof zum Verweilen. Selbst das Standardzimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat ein schönes Bad. Kaffee und Wasser stehen kostenfrei zu Verfügung. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, aber leider werden nur Aufbackbrötchen neben diversen Broten angeboten. Das Frühstück hätte frische Brötchen verdient, vielleicht auch Croissants? Negativ aufgefallen ist, das bei der Bestellung am Abend im Innenhof ungefragt ein Obstbrand als doppelter berechnet wurde, obwohl nicht bestellt. Die Bedienung konnte oder wollte die Rechnung, weil zu aufwendig (?), nicht stornieren und bot lediglich ein zweiten Obstbrand an. War zwar freundlich gemeint, aber nicht gewünscht.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist nicht schlecht, trotzdem gibt einige Punkte, die uns nicht so gefallen haben. Das Frühstück ist eher dürftig. Es ist merkwürdig, dass die Zimmer nur auf Aufforderung gemacht werden. Und merkwürdig ist auch, dass es zwar eine Sauna gibt, diese aber nur gegen Zahlung von 10 Euro pro Person(!!!) benutzt werden kann.Passt nicht zu einen 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Lage das Hotels ist gut, sehr nahe an der Altstadt.

Location is just outside the center so easy access to the hotel. Parking is accross the road (Cars drive a bit fast there). There is a park next to the parking nice for a (doggy) walk. Hotel itself is nice and you can walk to the town. (Perhaps a bit of a walk for people with mobility issues). Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was quiet good with many options.

Cozy hotel, located below Quedlinburg Castle, with its own restaurant and parking lot. Attentive and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, there was something for everyone during our stay! All in all, a very successful weekend. We would go back anytime 😘

We chose the Best Western because of its location in Quedlinburg. It was a short walk to the old town, so we could leave the car behind. We really liked the concept of the historic buildings. In the evenings, we always had a nightcap in the inner courtyard - very nice. We had a room in the old warehouse on the street - sleeping with the window open was not possible due to the noise from the street. With the window closed, the noise was bearable. Overall, the room was big enough; perhaps a little too dark, but OK. Everything was fine at the breakfast buffet for us - the friendliness of the staff was also OK. We would choose the hotel again at any time.
