Rundum ein tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, sehr tolles Restaurant. Wenn es ein Kritik Punkt gibt dann, das die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind und das die Brötchen beim Frühstück, Aufbackbrötchen waren und keine Frisch von Bäcker. Alles andere war wirklich alles Super.

Das Hotel entspricht im wesentlichen den Erwartungen, die man haben darf. Allerdings war für uns sehr enttäuschend, dass das von uns gebuchte höherwertige Zimmer eine Art Dachkammer mit Dachluken und ohne richtige Fenster war. Es gab kein Doppelbett, die Platzverhältnisse waren so beengt, dass nicht einmal zwei Nachtkästchen aufgestellt waren. Leselicht war nur teilweise vorhanden und musste vom Personal erst eingerichtet werden. An sich ein no-go für ein Hotel mit Anspruch. Also bitte genau nachfragen, welche Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Der Wunsch nach einem Zimmertausch wurde zurückgewiesen, obwohl in der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag das Hotel ganz offensichtlich nicht mehr ausgebucht war. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist bei Regen überschwemmt, so dass man nur mit völlig durchnässten Schuhen in das Auto einsteigen kann. Dennoch wird die volle Gebühr verlangt. Wenig kundenfreundlich. Das Restaurant Weinhaus war gut, aber ist gemessen am Angebot etwas teuer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ist ein klarer Pluspunkt.

Das Hotel hält was es verspricht es war einfach Alles sehr gut. besonderes Lob an das Küchenteam die Menüs zum Abend waren unschlagbar. Das Bedienpersonal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall weiterzu empfehlen

Schönes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein großes Problem ist die Parkplatzsituation in der Stadt und auch im Hotel. Bei später Anreise sind beide Parkplätze voll und im ganzen Stadtgebit herrscht Parkverbot. Die wenigen öffentlichen Parkplätze reichen nicht aus. Einzige Möglichkeit; Parken vor dem Hotel im Parkverbot. Das Risiko, ein Knöllchen zu bekommen, schätzen Anwohner als gering ein.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit ordentlichen Zimmern, Zimmer zum Parkplatz vor dem Hotel laut, nach hinten zum Innenhof ruhig. Da die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind, muss man nachts ein Fenster offen lassen. Badezimmer modern, hell und vor allem sauber. Frühstück üppig und in hellen gepflegten Räumen. Stoffserviette und freundlicher Service zeugen von der Qualität. Das angeschlossene Restaurant überzeugte bei einem Mehrgangmenü. Gehobene Preisklasse. Die Hotelbar war nicht nur Dekoration, sondern wurde von geschultem Personal bedient. Ausreichend Parkraum. Man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Stadt. Man kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Coronabedingt war wenig los und zu meinem Bedauern war das Restaurant ( bei HRS unangekündigt ) geschlossen. Gleichwohl gab es einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, ebenso gilt das für die Abreise. Schönes, recht kleines EZ mit kleinem, sehr sauberen Bad. Obwohl im dritten Stock gelegen und die Auslastung gering war, lief sofort warmes Wasser. Die Sauna ist gemütlich und ebenfalls picobello sauber, ausreichend Handtücher und Bademäntel sind vorrätig. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin hatte rechtzeitig, wie abgemacht, alles angestellt, so dass ich in Ruhe schwitzen konnte. Ordentliches Frühstücksbüffet, bei dem auch sehr grosse Teekannen befüllt werden können. Das gibt es selten! Die Lage in der Nähe des Doms und 5 min zur Innenstadt (Marktplatz) sind hervorzuheben. Parkplätze kostenlos am Haus. Übernachtungspreis im gehobenen Bereich, aber ok. Insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus allen, die nach einem Ausflug oder Stadtbummel entspannen sowie Atmosphäre und guten Service genießen wollen. Das Hotel bietet Platz und gibt das Gefühl, es wird nicht an jeder Ecke eingespart, wie es derzeit bei größeren Hotelketten zu bemerken ist. Ein großes Dankeschön richten wir auch an das Team des Frühstückrestaurants und der Zimmerreinigung - freundlich, umsichtig, aufmerksam und fleißig. Vielen Dank.

Absolutley exceptional property and location. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a feast. We extended our stay we loved it so much!
