Met up with family for a get together on a Saturday night,rooms are clean and well presented.staff are welcoming and very professional,breakfast was great with continental selection and a well cooked hot breakfast .would definitely recommend 5*

We found the hotel excellent the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well prepared. The food in the bistro bar was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you to the Queen Phillipa. We will definitely be back.

The Queen Phillipa is a wonderful b&b. I stayed here for 2 months between January-March 2024. All the rooms, bar & bistro are impeccably decorated with a nautical theme throughout, you even have the option of staying on their very own yacht. All the staff are polite and professional, a special shout out to Eddie and Mark for serving a great breakfast every day and a special mention to Belle and the cleaners for constantly doing a brillant job, not just in the rooms but all over the premises, everywhere is spotlessly clean. A big thank you to the owner Adam, I can't wait to come back next year.

I can’t recommend this place enough, I have stayed here for 8 weeks and made to feel very welcome. I can’t fault anything the customer service has been first class and has not waived, the house keeping staff, receptionists, bar and restaurant staff in Jacey’s Bistro give 100%, nothing is to much trouble. I leave for work early so I take a grab bag for breakfast which has a variety of goodies. The staff really make this place special. Staff 5* Location 5* Facilities 5* Free parking is a bonus

Really great hotel stayed for 2 mths with no problems at all.. staff couldn’t do enough for you they are always very helpful rooms always clean and a great fried breakfast also evening food was awesome special thanks to mark eddy and the chef working tirelessly each day.. will definitely be staying again only one gripe after all this time was had to provide our own toilet roll only allowed 2?? seriously thought this was very mean and penny pinching but otherwise couldn’t fault the place..

The best Hotel on The Isle of Sheppey by far, the rooms are always spotless and the beds are so comfortable, the only problem is that it's so comfortable I don't want to get out of it in the morning! The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. I stay here when visiting family and even though my family moved closer to me a few months ago i travel the extra 40 miles to stay here 😊😊😊

Everything was fantastic, clean,comfortable, welcoming, understanding and convenient. The breakfast was excellent, served with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was easy to use (sometimes places have complicated taps) and the towels were big and soft.
