We had booked a family room months ago, but upon arrival it turned out that it was only for children up to 16 years old, ours are 18. There were no other rooms available. The fat man at the reception was very unfriendly and unwelcoming and unwilling to help us. I offered to pay for 2 rooms and still sleep in 1 room (after all, there were just 4 beds) but nothing helped. Rules are rules. We spent 2 hours trying to find another room online and we succeeded: my husband took the bus through the dark to the city with 1 son to sleep in a guesthouse there. The next morning we had to be at the airport at 7 o'clock again, so a lot of traveling up and down and hassle. But a clear signal that this hotel has a not very hospitable policy….

Brilliant, comfortable stay, ,helpful, friendly staff and good food. Thought the planes would be a problem so close to airport BUT they were not.
