Bathroom had mould around the taps , we killed a white tale and a cockroach in the room .
Happy sleeping. The rooms are very old. The restaurant on site, is very nice

It's an old motel. The bedding, sheets, towels were all clean but the motel itself is quite old and visible on the inside in the rooms.

We stayed in a room with three beds, the room was very small, and one bed was shoved in a tiny room off the kitchenette with no door! The beds were comfy, and we had a lovely view over the hill of the sun rising in the morning. Close to town around a 10-minute walk and a bistro on site is handy for meals. Unfortunately, the room was a bit dirty, and the bathroom included the toilet, sink and shower but was so tiny you could hardly move to do anything and there was a soiled toilet brush right near the sink where you brush your teeth!! Overall, an adequate stay but our room in particular was not appropriate for three individual adults travelling together.

Our room was clean with good bed linen and comfy beds. Food in the restaurant lovely. Staff friendly. Dont understand some of the other negative reviews. Wasn't the case for us. 4 star motel at 3 star prices. Great find.

The accommodation and facilities are value for money. Parking is conveniently close to rooms. The only bad experience for us was the lady at the reception. I would describe her attitude as bad or ****** at the very best. Our simple questions were too much for her to answer. Her face was so expressive mirroring her contempt at everything we asked. So surprised that she can get away with such attitude being in the hospitality industry.

This motel is located on the outskirts of Queenstown, a small mountain town. The building is a little old, but there is a restaurant, and since it was too much trouble to go into the city, we had dinner and breakfast at the motel. Dinner was a little expensive, but the portions were very filling. It also doubles as a pub, so you can drink delicious beer. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was a $15 continental breakfast, but the contents were a little meager.
