This modern warm 3 bedroom one level apartment is situated within 5 min walking distance to downtown Queenstown which will get you to many highly regarded restaurants, bars and access to many of the adventure activities Queenstown has to offer. It has a car park available, or if you don’t want a car you don’t need to, with only a 5 minute walk to the downtown action or ski transportation. Shuttle pick up area for transport to local ski areas is only 100 mtrs down the road.
The living and dining area has been comfortably furbished with modern furniture for you to sit back, relax and enjoy at the end of the day and in winter in front of the fire. Whether you have enjoyed a day making the most of the adventure capital of New Zealand or skiing the slopes, snuggle up in the barrel chair and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu or sit on the balcony to view the gondola and surrounding mountains. If you don’t feel like going out you can relax surfing the internet or watch your favorite movie or television series on Netflix.
With its fully equipped kitchen you have the ability to enjoy a relaxing dinner in house, or head into town and enjoy any of the restaurants on offer. In the winter two wall heaters can be used to keep the apartment warm and when you are home the gas fire place will make it cozy. We also have underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. All linen included and has full laundry facilities for your use, we also include professional cleaners when you leave.
Just remember if you have a car please make sure you park with the neighbor's access in mind in front of the unit’s garage. Or if able you can use the parks located just in front of the complex.
Perfect accommodation for family or friends, whether it is to enjoy all the adventure Queenstown has to offer, or to just relax.

We loved our stay at The Beeches. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Loved the floor heating in the bathroom/kitchen. As well as the pretend log fire. A short walk to the city centre. The views front and back were stunning.

We had a lovely stay it was nice and warm. The kitchen was great and worked well. We couldnt find any where for our ski boots and wet gear but I suppose we could have used the drier and made it work. One of the single beds was a bit to long and wouldnt allow the door to close so we put it on a angle to make it work. Overall a great stay and would recommend it

Absolutely lovely unit in a perfect location. Everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 adults. Able to walk downtown to all activities and the views were amazing. Hope to stay again in the future.

Good premises in walkable location (as long as you can climb a bit of a steep hill). Great communication with property owners and can't fault it in anyway.

Great apartment
The apartment was warm and comfortable. Short walk to town and supermarket. Unfortunately an uphill walk home. Perfect kitchen set up for cooking meals.

Perfect Queenstown location
10 minute walk to downtown and nice drive to outlying towns made this the perfect stay for my family! Highly recommend Two the Beeches!

Great place and stay
Had a great stay in Queenstown. The apartment was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Very nice kitchen with amenities. The apartment was very easily walkable to anything in Queenstown. Overall, great stay!
