will not recommend this hotel. the cooking ventilation is dirty, and droplets of oil uncleaned. areas of the room are also dusty Condiment are not refill, requested from the front desk and not delivered. Wash our clothes with the washing machine and the clothes came out with dust, i guess they never clean their filter. Limited parking lot, first come first serve. I stayed at another hotel nearby. Greeted with good service and most importantly the hotel & room are clean and new.

Nice hotel room with washer and dryer making it very convenient for long trip travellers. Short walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Has limited parking lots and is first come first serve.

Had a great stay here! The room was very clean and came with a washing machine and dryer, which was super handy. The location is excellent — lots of good food options around and a supermarket nearby. Perfect place to stay if you want comfort and convenience in Queenstown.

I loved to stay here, all equipments are in good condition, close to bus stop and super market

The hotel provides everything we need, bed is comfy, it has a nice little kitchen with exhaust and dishwasher so we can prepare some simple meals. It also has washing machine and dryer. The cons are car park can be limited but if you come back early you can always find one. Also the dryer is very loud so we only used it once. Overall it's a good place for what we paid for.
