An old hotel, the room is decent, but the location is excellent, especially facing the lake – the view is unbeatable! I even had a second-floor lake-view room, and I've attached a photo (the interior of the room is nothing special, typical of an old hotel, nothing noteworthy). The service was warm and friendly. If I had one complaint, it would be that the shower pressure was a bit weak.

Great location, but the hotel might be too old. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom facilities are pretty dated. It's also a bit overpriced.

I booked this hotel for skiing, and it turned out to be a great choice! You open the window and there's the Earnslaw Steamship right there. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend staying here. Queenstown is truly beautiful, though the prices are a bit on the higher side.

The location is good, right across the street from the steamboat boarding point. However, for 2800 RMB a night, the lake view was just so-so and partially obstructed. The room was also very small. On top of that, the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so we had to carry our luggage up another flight of stairs, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Queenstown's main street and pedestrian area. Enjoying breakfast with a lake view was very pleasant, although the breakfast options were very Western. For parking, the front desk staff assisted in driving our car to the main entrance. We were told that the room above ours was a storage room, and there were frequent noises of chairs being dragged and people running, which disturbed our rest. However, considering the hassle of changing rooms back and forth during our holiday, we decided to put up with it. On our departure day, when checking out, we discussed this with the hotel, and the front desk kindly waived two days of parking fees. It's good to have mutual understanding. The most important thing is to have a happy trip!

The location is very convenient, and the view is great. You can even catch a boat right in front of the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Queenstown. It's super convenient for cruises, dining, and shopping. The hotel also offers valet parking for $38 a night, with the car parked on the 6th floor. For the gondola, you can simply go to the 6th floor and walk a mere 7 minutes up a gentle slope to the Skyline entrance – incredibly convenient! The only downside was the inability to get a late checkout; my flight was at 8 PM, but I had to leave by 11 AM.
