The Hotel is a bit far from city, but we are driving, so not a problem. There is a sauna, spa and swimming pool. Rooms is big, clean and comfortable.

No lift access for the top floor which makes it inconvenient for guest with big luggages.
Top floor has beautiful view and overall stay was

總體來説還是可以的，站在窗口可以遠眺遠方的雪山。交通比較便利，就是酒店的停車位比較少，對來新西蘭南島自駕的遊客不是很友好。地下停車場雖然有兩層還是三層，但是開下去的時候都滿了的，酒店是按照天數來收取的停車費，但是實際要是到晚了的話就會沒有停車位，需要自行尋找解決。
到皇后鎮的遊樂項目都比較近，到遊船的項目中心不到1公里，貌似租車在南島的時候皇后鎮是開車裡程最少的，便利度很棒。

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient.

The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs.
We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

Overall good hotel, the breakfast is not worth it at all and mattress not very comfy.
