Staffs were welcome and polite. Bathroom drainage smell really bad, room service person kept the ventilator on while I was away. Door linking two buildings was locked at one point during the day, had to walk outside and round the property to get to the reception as my key card was not working the second day of my stay. Not the best experience.

Very affordable yet clean spacious hotel that we visited. The window outside view is very fascinating.Booking was easy and the location is also accessible for other amenities. The receptionist who assisted us during check in was so quick and we were sent to our villa less than 10mins. After our check out we handed the card key and another receptionist thank us for leaving the room so clean. We dint expect that she appreciate us of not messing around.Twas a great stay!

The kettle was really unhygienic. And I asked to change for a new one. The bathtub was pretty old as well. But the hotel service was quite good, I would say could be better, depends on which staff, they have a lot of staff. Location 10mins driving from city.

Essentially a ski resort that also offers rooms in summer. A quiet location far from Queenstown. Ok for a very short summer stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the resort. However, it was a bit unsettling when people walked along the corridor outside my room.
