This was my favorite hotel throughout our entire trip to New Zealand. The views were absolutely stunning. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying our family of three's luggage a bit difficult. However, the room itself was impeccable.

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

This is our third time stay here, the advantages are walking dustance to town center, good view. Service not good, room clean up service needs to improve, floor is dirty, bed sheet not tidy up well. However, if you book your trip last minute, looking for a service apartment, this apartment is still a reasonable option

Right outside the door is a stunning lake view, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It has all the amenities you could need, including a kitchen for self-catering. We stayed for three days and were very satisfied, though room cleaning was a bit slow, and you need to inform the front desk in advance for breakfast.
