Clean room, great locations. Easy to take a public transport to the airport, and arrowtown. Only needs a 10-15 mins walk to the town center.

Clean rooms initially but daily cleaning was a bit disappointing. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the town centre.

I had 3 night Copthorne Hotel and Resort
Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk staff said that the housekeeping only changes the bed sheets daily and does not clean anything else. The service standard is poor, and hygiene is unsatisfactory. The only advantage is the good location, as it’s close to Queenstown city center.

The lake view is stunning right through my room window, very impressive. The beds are comfortable and the room’s spacious. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, above and beyond my expectations. The location is perfect, only a walking distance to the town centre but away from the crowds. The bathroom is however out of dated with quite old toilet, sink and bathtub, not on par with a 4-star hotel. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for its overall quality.
