We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The manager Sasha went above and beyond to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a smart tv. There was also a daily happy hour that we enjoyed. The location was also very easy to walk to the city Center. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic hotel with great engaging staff who show you around the hotel and explain everything when you arrive. The hotel provides drinks, milk tea and a coffee with a coffee maker in the the room. Downstairs there is a really nice hang out area with a complementary happy hour and tea, coffee and sweets. The decor is very moody and is unique from any other hotel I've stayed in. A huge amount of detail is paid to ensuring presentation is on point. There are nice views from most rooms and the location is nice and close to the middle of town. The only disappointment was $20 to use a carpark. That being said, there is plenty of on street parking if required.

Super modern design, the room was spacious. Lounge hour with free drinks were included. However, the bathroom was small.

一言難盡，酒店衹有四五個停車位一定要提前預訂不然完全找不到停車位。付費也沒有車位！正好趕上跨年夜滿城找停車位太難了，找了一個多小時都沒找到可以免費過夜的最後付費去停車了。酒店説可以洗衣服結果，洗衣機壞的，無法甩幹🥹兩個人跨年前夕，在那裡手動擰乾。烘乾機也是壞的帶着一堆濕衣服繼續上路🥹跨年夜三千多一晚的酒店就這啊？
mini bar蠻好的，不知道是酒店定太滿沒有房間還是什麼原因，最近幾晚攜程訂的酒店要不是閣樓，要不就是洗衣房門對門的房間🤔

這是我迫不及待想要寫點評的酒店。位置靠近皇后鎮植物園，在市中心圈外，可為鬧中取靜。特別贊一下酒店的設施和服務：首先我提前電話告知行程，沒成想居然安排我提前入住，對我衹安排一天皇后鎮行程而言，增加了我遊玩的時間；其次房間又大又漂亮而且味道好聞；酒店不僅提供免費的小吃飲料，Nespresso咖啡機，三角茶包，連牛奶都免費提供，而且是我在新西蘭酒店中唯一一家提供牙刷和牙膏的酒店；電視頻道也各種齊全，可以看網飛，就説贊不讚；一個小陽台望出去就是櫻花和鎮上的夜景，就説值不值；happyhour提供酒；特別特別是前台，熱情、微笑，給我的感覺就是很舒心。二刷我會選擇在皇后鎮這家酒店多住幾晚，這樣可以把周邊小鎮都轉轉。I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!

在攜程訂了10年酒店，最最最失望的一次。
1、本來想訂一街之隔的套房酒店。最後因為這個酒店的花園和早餐廳訂的這個。
2、結果，將近3千一晚的酒店，早餐就是冷餐。衹有照片中一個枱子上的食物。
3、介紹中的酒店照片提供的不符合實際，圖2就是所謂的餐廳。跟介紹中的餐廳完全不一樣
4、酒店非常小，衹有前台的一位接待人員即負責接待，也負責擺一擺早餐。
