We stayed here three nights in November. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was also beautiful. before booking we saw quite many low review comments, but the moment we entered the room, we felt lucky that we booked here, we had very pleasant stay. the staff (i think he is the owner), i met him at counter two times, he is very friendly person.

Such poor housekeeping.
I found leftover ice cream from previous guests.
Handwashing gel was empty,
Body wash gel was empty.
Kitchenwear are chipped and damaged.

All good. Mayb we do not familiar with the dryer. So after washing the clothes still wet.🤣
Other challenges would be driving at a quite steep access road to parking and move our luggage. For families with elderly, it is recommended to request owner to provide one floor instead with stairs room stay as will make elderly have leg issue some difficulties.

The mountain view is on point, yet we are disappointed with the lack of hot water supply, which forced us to take cold showers in freezing winter night, and there has been no compensation afterwards.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, which is always a big plus. It’s in a great location – easy to get to nearby sights and attractions without much hassle. Having parking available made things even more convenient, especially since we were driving around a lot. One of the best parts was the view from the room – absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it was a super comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Great spot for a relaxed and easy trip.

The worst hotel on our entire New Zealand trip, the only one with a bad review! It's run by an Indian, and it's just awful! Not only does it have no front desk, but there's no air conditioning in the room, only an old radiator that automatically turns off after two hours! To keep the kids' room warm, I have to get up every two hours to turn on the radiator! Also, the furniture in the room is very old! There's a musty smell! The kids thought it was a bit eerie and scary! It's completely uninhabitable! I stayed there for an hour and it was terrifying! I immediately packed my bags and moved to another hotel that night! Furthermore, the front desk had a terrible attitude! It was impossible to communicate! I really don't know why some people have given it good reviews! It's awful!
