I booked a multi-night stay in Queenstown after spending several days there, and it seemed like there were at least two housekeepers, with vastly different levels of care. One housekeeper was exceptionally thorough, providing a large quantity of supplies for multiple people, while the other only provided enough for one person, including toiletries, tea bags, and coffee. One day, the towels weren't changed at all. When I asked the front desk why, they showed no remorse, simply saying they only changed towels left on the floor, which they didn't actually change. The air conditioning was ineffective; the large room only had one unit, which only heated the wardrobe area, leaving little heating in the bedroom. The first day was extremely cold, but thankfully the front desk turned on the air conditioning beforehand, making the room instantly warm. The facilities felt somewhat dated; the shower couldn't be removed, and the water pressure seemed low. There was no range hood, making it unsuitable for cooking in the room, despite the kitchen with a stove. A small bottle of milk was provided upon check-in, but only on the first day. The location wasn't far from the bus stop, but going to the lake required going downhill, and returning required a steep uphill climb. There was also a steep slope leading to the city center. The amenities were noticeably outdated, probably from a building constructed in 2003. The bedside lamp had a malfunctioning connection, and a shelf in the refrigerator was broken. The trash cans were too small, completely insufficient. Luggage storage and other services were inconvenient. We only found out what time we could pick up our luggage on the day of check-out, as the receptionist, who also handles cleaning, might only be available from 1 PM (at least that's what they said on my check-out day). Therefore, the availability of luggage storage and similar services was highly uncertain. The Wi-Fi wasn't easy to connect with on Apple devices. I specifically searched for how to connect to their free Wi-Fi; you have to enter a specific website address to connect. An Android phone also encountered problems; it had to reconnect to the Wi-Fi every time it left and returned to the room.

It costs about 1500 RMB per night. Booking a guesthouse would be much better, as the environment there is quite nice. This caravan guesthouse has poor privacy; opening the curtains reveals the main street, and the space is small. Honeymooners should be cautious about booking it. The cleanliness is quite good; they come to clean it every day.
