I loved the hospitality and how friendly all the employees are. The rooms were clean. The only complaint was the breakfast. They only do one round of eggs and if you are not there early you will not have any. Breakfast runs from 9am to 11am. If food is not going to be available after 10 then guest should be aware so they can make other arrangements. We stayed there 4 years ago and it was great.

L’impression est mitigée. Le lieu est juste magnifique : la quinta avec ses bâtiments en pierre est perchée en hauteur au milieu des vignes et des vergers. La vue et le dépaysement sont au RDV. La piscine est très agréable : sécher sur un transat en regardant les collines avoisinantes est très relaxant.
Dans les déceptions : notre chambre était bruyante parce qu’on entend les canalisations des chambres voisines. De plus, elle fait partie des 4 chambres qui se trouvent au-dessus de la salle servant au petit déjeuner et au dîner. Donc réveillé à 9h tous les matins avec les premières personnes venant prendre leur petit-déjeuner.
De plus, nous avions aussi choisi une Quinta pour déguster leur vin. Et là nouvelle désillusion : rien d’organisé comme le suggère le site Internet. Et quand on demande, on sent que c’est compliqué…

We had a wonderful stay here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Truly loved the Douro Valley and seeing all their orchards. Breakfasts were perfect and dinner was always delicious. Highly recommend. Great location to get around and see all the valley has to offer.

Todos os cantos são dignos de uma fotografia, canteiros e vasos sempre arranjados. Quarto sempre cheiroso e limpo assim como ambiente exterior sempre impecável. Cama confortável. Aspectos menos positivos: O jacuzi não estava a funcionar e não nos avisaram. O pequeno almoço pouca variedade, sem sumo de laranja natural, sem docinhos (podia ter natas, corassants ou algum tipo de bolachas)

Turismo rural, em zona de cultura de vinho. Toda a Quinta e propriedade é extraordinária, não houve tempo de experimentar nenhuma das atividades que a quinta oferece. O ambiente é absolutamente extraordinário: paz, conforto, toda a envolvendo na zona Vinhateira do Douro…. O quarto (T1) para 4 pessoas é suficiente, sendo que duas pessoas dormem no sofá-cama da sala. Todo o ambiente do quarto, dos espaços comuns em pedra, construção típica da zona trás uma paz fantástica. O pequeno-almoço, não é de um hotel de 4 ou 5 estrelas, nem poderia ser, de tão longe que a propriedade se encontra de locais que lhe ofereçam os produtos para tal. Mas o pequeno-almoço era bom. A melhorar a piscina interior, se calhar com umas obras de melhoria. No quarto, a melhorar um pouco o conforto de quem dorme na sala, calafetando a porta principal, pois entrar uma aragem pela porta, que fica de frente para o sofá-cama. Simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza, espaços cuidados, pormenores em cada canto!! Altamente recomendável.

Cancelaram à ultima da hora, no proprio dia. Nao devolveram dinheiro, propuseram voucher no valor do dinheiro ja pago antecipadamente. Chegados à quinta coagiram funcionario a mentir que nao tinhamos reserva. Tivemos de chamar GNR!

Fiquei uma semana inteira. Achei o pequeno almoço fraco, com pouca variedade. O meu quarto tinha uma parede cheia de humidade. No mais, nada a registar quanto à limpeza, embora tenham indicação para só mudar as toalhas a pedido e não mudarem os lençóis da cama. A água do quarto não foi reposta e o bar da piscina não tinha coisas básicas, como cerveja, sendo que os preços são altos. O melhor é a simpatia de toda a gente e a piscina.
