Llevamos varias familias viniendo varios años para subir a Sierra Nevada, y estamos encantados. El hotel es muy familiar, muy cómodo y el trato es estupendo. Nunca hemos tenido ningún problema, la relación calidad/precio es perfecta. 100% recomendable.

Simplemente escribo para mostrar mi decepción, hemos tenido que anular la reserva por enfermedad y desde el hotel indican que tenía que avisar 2 días antes, ahora nos cobran la primera noche, diciendo que es por haber reservado con Booking, si hubiese sido directamente con ellos no habría problema. Desde Booking nos dicen que le han pedido al hotel que hagan excepción y el hotel responde que sigue la política de contar la primera noche. En fin unos culpan a los otros. Nos quedamos sin viaje y pagando la noche sin hacer uso de ella.

Aucun personnel ne parle français ou anglais tel qu’indiquer sur le site. Aucun service. Aucune machine distributrice. Personnel non présent (sauf quelques heures) trop cher pour ce qu’il offre. Il faut tout de même indiquer que l’endroit est très propre.

Nos alojamos en este hotel dos noches en este mes de mayo. Es un hotelito en un pequeño pueblo de montaña, a 15 minutos de Granada. Ideal apara alojarse si se quiere desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad para dormir. La experiencia por nuestra parte fue muy satisfactoria, el personal muy amable y la limpieza un factor a destacar, todo estaba muy limpio. Calidad precio también esta bastante bien. Para el desayuno que teníamos incluido hay que ir a una cafetería que está a unos diez metros en la misma calle del hotel. Para desayunar no hay bufet pero puedes pedir lo que quieras. Nosotros fuimos gracias a un smartbox que nos regalaron de una noche, llamé para pedir posibilidad de una noche más y no nos pusieron ningún problema y no inflaron el precio en la segunda noche, como me ha pasado con este tipo de bonos en otros hoteles, que si la habitación del bono está ocupada y tienen que añadir tanto, etc. Eso aquí no nos ocurrió, al contrario, solo nos cobraron una noche más y nos alojamos junto con la niña sin añadir coste alguno, incluyendo el desayuno de los tres. Gracias por la estancia.

Empezando por el lugar es muy bonito, el Hotel Quéntar muy limpio y acogedor. El bar de al lado Los Ángeles esta muy limpio y ordenado me ha encantado desayunar y cenar allí, tienen unos platos excelentes. Los dos chicos que nos han atendido son muy amables, Domingo muy agradable y Miguel un máquina nos puso unos platos muy buenos tanto a mí como a mis padres. Yo comí la pizza que me hizo y estaba buenísima la repetí durante dos días, en mi opinión está mucho mejor que las que hacen en algunos restaurantes. Volvería a repetir en el Hotel Los Ángeles como en el bar Quéntar todas las veces que tuviera oportunidad.

Bien situado en el centro del pueblo. Muy sencillo pero limpio. Aceptan mascotas. Los empleados son amables. Desayunos en la cafetería de al lado, que es de los mismos propuetarios. Quizás mejorable la insonorización. Precio razonable. Pero recomendable si vas de visita.
