They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.

Stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. We had hoped to go to the Manuel Antonio National Park, but both of the days we were in the area were fully booked.
Warmly greeted by Reception staff and taken to our room on a golf cart. Luckily our cases were taken to our room as we were on the top floor. Our balcony over looked the garden but beware, I only turned my back for a second and we had 2 monkeys just coming through the patio doors!
The pools and surrounding areas were very clean but a regular visit from the barman to the adults only pool would have been appreciated.
Happy hour was enjoyable with live music.
We only ate at the restaurant during our stay. Most of the food was good, but I wouldn’t recommend the “tapas”. It was expensive and mine was tasteless. Much better experience in the main restaurant.
Also enjoyed a very pleasant walk on the hotel trail.
The hotel feels very American.

The mornings were magical. Tons of monkeys (howler, capuchin and squirrel) in the mango trees, agoutis in our back yard, lizards, frogs, and birds. And the views were exceptional. My girls especially loved the pools, game room, and trails.

Outstanding combination of nature, comfort, knowledgeable and friendly staff and beautiful setting. We spent our 30 year anniversary trip there and could not have picked a better place. The restaurants offer world class food with a wide variety and surrounded by beautiful man made structured surrounded by untouched nature with flora and fauna.

Overall, a very nice (if not dated) resort. The design is dated looking but well maintained. Staff were generally very friendly and responsive, shout out to Manuel at the bar and Andrey in the restaurant for being fantastic. Excellent restaurant / waiter service wasn’t matched unfortunately by quality of food. Almost everything was oversalted almost to the point of inedible. Chef needs to let guests add salt, not drown meals in salt already. Rooms were nice although a little dated. Housekeeping staff lovely and responsive. Highlight is the location. Nestled in the national park, wildlife abounds with a variety of monkeys, birds, iguanas and sloths.

Un hôtel parfait avec un personnel au top. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’hôtel se trouve sur une colline et une vue magnifique vers la mer. Les piscines sont plusieurs et toutes très belles. Chaque après midi nous avons vu les singes qui arrivent pour se nourrir. Un vrai spectacle de la nature.

Fantástico hotel. Instalaciones geniales y un entorno inmejorable. Personal muy amable. Se pueden encontrar animales por todas partes del hotel...monos, lagartos, guacamayos, y muchos más... Al lado de playas fabulosas. La comida excelente!
