Hotel muy confortable en lugar tranquilo ,fuera de temporada de esquí, personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Camas cómodas y habitación amplia. Buenas vistas. El desayuno variado y buena calidad. Dispone de aparcamiento aunque en temporada se puede aparcar en frente del hotel sin problemas.

The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the ******* app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Con diferentes almohadas y un bien Colchon. Dispone de terraza con sol agradable de tarde. El baño olía mal y al no haber puerta cerrada sino solo una de Cristal el olor pasaba a la habitación. No hay un boiler para una infusión que se suele agradecer al volver de esquiar, sobre todo porque la cafetería tiene un horario muy raro y está casi siempre cerrada. No pudimos tomar nada al llegar por la noche (a las 9,30) ni comer la mayoría de los días porque no había servicio de cocina (ni un sándwich) El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Falta un buen zumo de naranja natural.

Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado y l verdad bastante decepcionante. La Primera noche la cena estaba templada y eso que te piden reservar turno. Servicio muy lento. Para el Spa te cobran 25 euros por persona aunque estés alojado.me pareció fatal. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias.

El hotel es bonito, más de lo que esperaba y está justo enfrente de las pistas de esquí. Puedes salir con las botas puestas. Habitación triple espaciosa y con decoración agradable. En estos momentos las condiciones climáticas son complicadas para el negocio del esquí y supongo esto tiene un impacto importante en la temporada del hotel. Aún así la actitud del personal, empezando por la directora fue súper positiva. Me quejé por un par de cosas y me trataron tan bien que me sentí mal por haberlo dicho. Súper educadas. Súper amables. Espero caiga una nevada de las de antes y que les vaya muy bien el negocio porque lo merecen.

El hotel es increíble, el staff súper amable tanto de recepción como los de restaurante, mucha variedad en el desayuno buffet, nos encantó la habitación y lo bonito es que está a lado de la pista así que no tienes que caminar demasiado para ir a hacer snowboarding

Hotel ideal como lugar de desconexión. Las habitaciones, amplias, nuevas y limpias satisfacen las necesidades perfectamente.
El buffet de desayunos, amplio y muy bien atendido por el personal, y el spa, aunque finalmente no pudimos ir, atendido por un personal muy atento.
