It was a fine location, and nice room with all you need. I just didnt like the heavy MOLD smell in the bathroom.
And that they SPAM me with msgs. Its way to much. Please stop

ケレタロの中心部近くに位置しているため、立地は十分。内装などもおしゃれでアメニティも悪くないが、スタッフは基本スペイン語のみで、食事の提供サービスはない。エントランスを探すのが難しいため最初は分からないと思うので、地域民の人たちに聞くか、現代的な仕様のロックを持つ大きなゲートを探せば見つかると思う。

Room was as expected - nice. The communication and service at the hotel is the worst I’ve tried. They say they have 24/7 service. We tried for days to reach the hotel through several different channels. Instead I got 11 bot-generated emails on information I did not need. We also had to pay a deposit on arrival on cash, and spend too much time getting the money back. Would not recommend.

I forgot my passports in my room when I left (I know that is my fault), I went back to look for them the next day and they where nowhere to be found. I am positive I left them there. The lady who manages was quite aggressive and defensive when I asked about them. Talked to the security manager and the funny/worst is that out of the 14 cameras in the property apparently 10 of them don't work "and have not worked for some time".
I just wanted to see the smile of the person who found my pouch with my passports and money. Interesting that a chain of this size can't fix their security cameras. I offered a reward for my documents and no questions asked, they could keep my money. Didn't get anything back.
Sad and frustrating.
