Good location, extensive well-maintained facilities, cleanly, service and food. The buffets are excellent and good value. The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is like an old manor, with a large area, beautiful gardens, and a strong sense of art. There are various arts and oil paintings in the lobby and corridors, which give it a sense of age. The rooms are large and the facilities are complete, but some of them are old and the basin is not draining smoothly. The breakfast is rich with many varieties. The swimming pool is large with a suitable water temperature. The air is fresh in the morning and it is a good experience.

I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

The environment is first-class, in the northern suburbs of the city, the surrounding environment is not good, and it is a bit far from the city center. The inspection activities are in the south, and the transportation time is long, which affects the time for inspecting the city and visiting the cityscape.

La hacienda es muy bonita y muy grande, y aunque tienen mucho personal, evidentemente no hay la supervisión necesaria. En la habitación que me tocó, cerré la puerta del baño y ya no se pudo abrir, supuse que tal vez tenía el seguro puesto por dentro y al cerrar, este se activó; llamé a recepción para que enviaran a alguien a abrirla y efectivamente llegó una persona de mantenimiento a abrirla, pero se dió cuenta de que la chapa no servía, me preguntó si podía ir por una nueva para cambiarla, dijo que no tardaría, y volvió con una chapa que no correspondía en tamaño, finalmente ya se pudo abrir la puerta del baño. Más tarde volvió y me indicó que ya tenía la chapa correcta, pero le pedí que volviera a otro día. Para completar, muchos mosquitos en la habitación, la verdad es que estaba ya muy cansada para solicitar el cambio de habitación, pero lo ameritaba

The property itself is beautiful and well mainained. Service needs improvement. I was not asked to leave a credit card for incidentals. No service for luggage. Only 1 key per room. You have to find the way to your room. Waiter at the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, it took a long time to get cream for coffee. The business center has a printer that does not print because it needs a pin # and nobody knows the pin #. The staff needs to communicate better with the guests. Front desk staff seems aloof.

It’s been a great experience this is a classic well taken care hotel hood food bar and accesible prices !! I’ll stay here next time

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I think they could improve is the smell in the room, it was a very strange smell like humidity.
