Ciertos detalles que están descuidando, hay detalles en las instalaciones, como cosas o******s, rotas, adicional falta dar información a los huéspedes, no avisaron que cerrarían la avenida principal y no nos dejó pasar el personal de obras, tuvimos que entrar en reversa

Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El personal que me atendió fue super amable conmigo. Siempre respondieron favorablemente a mis necesidades como huésped. Especial agradecimiento para Fernanda (gerente de recepción) y Rossy (ama de llaves). Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y silenciosas y siempre estuvo lista y limpia. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno bufet termina hasta las 12. Los alimentos con buen sazón y de buena calidad. Hay mucho eco en el comedor y es algo incómodo el bullicio. El estacionamiento es de buena capacidad (muchos se estacionan mal y ocupan 2 espacios, pero eso ya no es problema del hotel), los pasillos limpios, hotel libre de humo. Suficientes ganchos en la habitación. Amenidades como jabón, champú, enjuague, gorra para cabello, esponja para lustrar calzado, pañuelos desechables, secadora de cabello, etc. Nunca me faltó nada. Te facturan casi al momento. Son pet friendly y las tarifas por noche son uy accesibles. Me gustó mucho mi experiencia y desde luego que los recomiendo y que regesaré. Ya me registré al programa de fidelidad. Gracias.
