I am staying at the moment and there is no hot water for bathing. In these times of Covid it is unacceptable. They promised us another room and they no longer answer at reception. The worst hotel in the world.

Close to everything, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral, comfortable, very friendly staff, you can book tours at reception, spacious rooms, no noise at night, an excellent option for your visit to Queretaro, one of my favorite hotels 🥰

A very central place to stay in Querétaro, definitely the customer service and everyone was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, very clean, I liked it a lot, but it is more recommended for people who want to get to know the center, do things tours. And the restaurant is not to mention very delicious, especially the barbecue, very clean and 100% recommended.

The place is charming, located on the Matamoros walkway in the historic center. The restaurant is decorated in the Mexican style and on its walls you can enjoy conical photos of great Mexican artists from the golden age of Mexican cinema. However, the service is terrible, both in the restaurant and in the hotel management. The waiters are slow and forget parts of the order; At the front desk, they are friendly but do not fulfill their duties. They would benefit from training in after-sales service (telephone support and billing), as well as in omnichannel strategy (focused on customer experience). Bon Appetit!
