El personal de recepción trata de ser amable, pero se nota su molestia si tienes diferencias con ellos. El ruido entre habitaciones se escucha, así como el de los baños externos (algo que había leído en otras opiniones), el baño tiene un sensor de movimiento lo que provoca que mientras lo utilizas se apague la luz. Tiene un sky bar con una gran vista, lamentablemente parece no tener uso por lo tanto un espacio desperdiciado. Camas cómodas, espacio de la habitación suficiente, elevadores en funcionamiento, limpieza excelente. La caja de seguridad no funciona correctamente, a pesar de reportarlo en 3 ocasiones solo acudieron una vez y se volvió a desconfigurar. Desayuno bueno. El estacionamiento puede ocup**** casi en su totalidad, una noche alcanzamos el último lugar. El internet funciona sin embargo para aplicaciones de trabajo como Office 365 Planes de Pago parece que tienen puertos bloqueados ya que no funciona correctamente.

En general el servicio bien, está bien ubicado, el parque de enfrente puedes correr, el buffet muy bueno, sólo la en la habitación la regadera no es muy conveniente si compartes habitación y el aire acondicionado puede afectar un poco la garganta pero es algo que se puede apagar y listo, las habitaciones no son contra ruido por lo que puedes escuchar lo de las habitaciones de a lado y el ruido de la calle un poco.

Al principio estaba renuente en haber llevado a cabo una reservación en este Hotel, por los días de semana santa no encontré en otro que estuviera cerca del centro de la Ciudad de Querétaro. Puedo comentar que el hotel rebaso mis expectativas de hospedaje. Las habitaciones limpias, aunque son muy pequeñas pero cumplen con la función de descansar si estas visitando la ciudad y sus alrededores. La zona en donde se encuentra ubicado es excelente, solo a dos cuadras del centro histórico. Puedo comentar que el desayuno es bueno y esta incluido en el precio de la habitación. La piscina en realidad es un chapoteadero pero si vas con niños si lo disfrutaran. En resumen, comento las ventajas: Ubicacion, limpieza, comodidad de las camas, cuenta con TV de cable, kit de bienvenida, secadora, cortesía de botellas de agua en habitacion todos los dias, aire acondicionado, buen desayuno buffet incluido en el precio de la habitacion. Agua caliente sin problemas Desventajas: Habitaciones pequeñas, closet pequeño, lavabo afuera del baño, el baño se enciende automaticamente y hace mucho ruido, el estacionamiento de autos muy reducido y limitado en el aforo de vehiculos, Internet intermitente y lento.
